I went into the Peterborough xs cargo and was asking about usb chargers for my cell phone. Simon who is one of their Employee’s plugged my phone into one of the universal chargers and fried my Phone. I called the store manager and he did nothing and hung up on me. I then e mailed head office who said they aren’t doing anything. I then contacted the better business bureau and when they tried to contact xs cargo they would not respond.
So now I have no cell phone and they do nothing. I have not shopped there since.

i am wondering how the phone got fried? was the charger wet or something? i hate that place..i have to check to see if everything in a box is actually new..

Hmmmm….chargers usually don’t transfer enough power to damage a phone - if they did, they would create a fire hazard.
Have you followed up with your Service Provider? And checked the warranty on the phone?

Last week I was looking at some cordless phones, however I saw 2 sets advertise in your weekly fliers as 19.99 however I looked it up in the net on Sunday I and saw 15 in stock at Brampton Location. I called the, the store told me that they don’t have any left. However today I looked it up again and saw 14 in stock, I called the store again and a girl by the name of Adona clams to be the manager told me that the price just went up. Where is the company integrity ? Is it co-incident that the stock matches perfectly or they was just hiding it until the sales is over?
