I too am a loyal Superstore customer. In order to dispense contacts and glasses you have to be licensed in the field. Having researched before I purchased from Superstore Optical, I found there prices considerably lower for the exact same progressive lens from my Optometrists office. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and very knowledgeable staff.

my Superstore optical in Kitchener has great prices and service for contact lenses. I’m on my second free trial of lens, trying to find the best one that fits me. Their service and prices is way better than my optometrists office..

Yes, the glasses I got were cheap, they were also the worst glasses I have ever had.

SO you must work there or are a visual minority cause being a white canadian woman I got treated with less respect than a dog gets.
