JUST IN CASE SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS CONSIDERING SEARS FOR APPLIANCES,WE HAD DISHWASHER REPAIRED . 9 SERVICE CALLS TO REPLACE HEATING ELEMENT, ONLY 1 TECH KNEW HOW TO FIX IT , SEARS CHARGES $99.99 FOR CALL IF NO WARRANTY,THEY TOLD ME OVER $750.00 IN PARTS ( NOT NECESSARY) .I HAD TO WAIT FOR A 4 HOUR WINDOW FOR EACH CALL. SEARS INSULTED ME WITH $25.00 FOR 36 HOUR, OVER 9 DAYS ABOUT $.67 AN HOUR

Never had a problem with sears all are appliances are from sears and with a store in town we always have good service and if we did have a problem with sears we just go to our store and they look after it they do this so they keep customers . go to the store you got it from see if they can help you . plus if parts are going to cost that much I would just go buy a new one unless it is truly on warranty .Plus never talk to them on the phone you need a face to face talk .

Great how many stores have people on minimum wage care, the service manager even stated to me that they were using my deplorable case as a training subject, still not even the $25.00

In Regards to going to the store. It is an option but one that usually doesnt succeed. The reason is the store manager doesnt have the authority to over ride the decision. Only Parts and Service customer care managers can do that. You recieved the 25 dollar becuase the rep at customer care is authorized to offer you that.

I hope you werent chared for each visit. You should have only been charged for the first one. Also just so you know the repair would only havebeen warrentted for 30 days I believe. and as an element is wearable part there is no warrentee on that.
