I emailed Johnson and Johnson Baby on Sunday after myself and all three sons broke out into a rash after using one of their products. They emailed back today with a reference number and asked me to call them as they needed to submit the information to Health Canada. The rep on the phone was very friendly and is going to send me a cheque for the retail price of all the products I have with the same lot number and a mailer to send the ones I have back to the company to be tested. I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and the fact that they are going to test them for abnormalities.

I had a problem with my Aveeno shave gel (also made by J&J) and was also impressed with the service I received.
