Bad Customer Service at Quizno’s

I had just visited one of your quiznos store no #4764 and had ordered some sandwiches my order no is # 01119 had asked for cheese bread an was given white bread the boy serving me was rude an refused to change my sandwich and he told me that I dint tell him but I surely remember telling coz that is how I always take my stuff he told me that he served 6 customers and I was telling him then though I had even not started eating the sandwich the tomatoes on my vegi sandwich were also not fresh I was very disappointed by the behavior of the staff and I felt offended as he was very rude. I surely will not return to quiznos due to the bad attitude or is it that I am a women I was treated bad and was not taken care off properly. I would surely like to know is this the way customers r treated in quiznos.

    The veggies are always suspect at Quiznos. I stopped eating there a long while ago.

    I stopped eating at Quizno’s because they almost always get my order wrong and refuse to stamp my frequency card for small subs or during promotions. I can get a combo meal at Subway for at least $3 cheaper, where they actually listen to what I want!

    It has nothing to do with being a woman. The employee was rude and if I were you I would complain.

    When you only make minimum wage, with no benefits, people being very picky,… what do you expect. Maybe the person just learned of a family crisis and didn’t mean to be rude. Perhaps it is a time for people to look outside of being offended and look differently at the offender. Just saying…

    My husband got food poisoning fr om a Quizznos but we have tried other stores and it was fine. They are franchises as other fast food restaurants are. Could be just that one…

    My husband got food poisoning from Quizno’s too! (The prime rib sub.) It was 4 years ago and we haven’t been there since. He was so sick for 5 days, it was hard to watch. I called up the location we visited and they really didn’t seem to give a crap, so I’m weary of eating there again ever!

    When I went up to the counter, there was only one employee working, and he was mopping the floor. He proceeded to take my order, took my money, then started making the sub. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands first. He said no. I said please give me my money back. I have never been back to a Quizno’s since.

    REALLY??? I don’t care what they make a hour. I DO EXPECT good service. They were hired to do a job, that’s NO excuse to treat someone like crap!! It’s not out fault they can only get a min wage job with crappy benefits.

    Lady …you sound too defensive and also very touche……we should all give some margins to people. Perhaps he had a personal crisis going on , or maybe you really forgot to specify the bread. Just sayin…anythings possible. so I would say….Chillax!!

    me and my husband went to Quiznoz Northtown,we order 2 large sandwhich which is a chicken and beef,the oriental lady who serve us,and it is the horrible,terrible customer service ive ever seen,,..shes so mean,no respect to the customer,i asked if i can get onions on my chicken carbonara she replied me that it doesnt come with ur order jst mushrooms..so if ever i can pay extra and she looked at me like small and poor looks,,we paid for a full amount but shes so cheaP..but then we sat down for a lil longer,we heard another customer again that they’re having and arguement about tomatoes,customer asked for it and she responded same what she said to me,..i was wondering how many owner/workers like this?..
