Poor Customer Service From Beyond the Rack‏

I ordered several times from BTR and found the products to be sometimes nice - other times obvious knock-offs. I have consistently had problems getting refunds for returned items and yes, the fee to return the items is high.

What really ticked me off was that they never refunded me for an item I did not receive. They responded initially, saying I would be refunded but I never got the refund. After writing half a dozen times about this problem and being ignored, I decided to cut my losses and never buy from them again. I discourage people from doing business with BTR.

    I’ve been shopping with beyondtherack and spent quite a lot. Then once, I had to return tops that were too small. Heck! They didn’t wanna give me store credit, gave me lousy reasons for not being able to give it back to me. I got so stressed, I wasted my time and energy calling and explaining. In the end, they kept my $150 and I never went back!
    There are better retailers than this greedy company. Since then I’ve been shopping in eBay as they have buyer protection there and I’ve never lost a single cent! Never been happier

    Beyondtherack should treat customers better. Customers should be able to return items, without going through hell.

    I don’t know who you guys were calling but the three different agents I spoke to on my last order pretty much walked me through all the steps. First guy called and let me know my stuff was on the way to BTR. I called again when they were shipping it, and they gave a curtesy call afterwards. And each one said if you have any problems with the merchandise, contact them and they will deal with it pronto.

    You all need to remember you get more with honey than vinegar. If you all start calling BTR guns a ‘blazing claiming they are cheats and greedy etc, well… I wouldn’t give you a credit back either. Act like humans, not animals. Its not the customer service reps that are actually making, delivering and shipping your stuff… so relax.

    I have received damaged product from this company and they simply didn’t care to fix the matter when I called. I e-mailed pictures of the product and they send me ready-made e-mail templates that never actually addressed the issue
