We also bought high end similar fridge but from electrolux. After several service calls (fidge less than a year old), they replaced the whole fridge. I suggest you stop dealing with Sears and try pushing LG directly for new fridge. Address and phone # should be on internet or your warrently info. Better to call than dealing over internet.
