A company shouldn’t be put down because they don’t let you take an item home today and the warranty start a month later.
Cut out a picture of a cellphone and wrap it in a cleaver way, give your son that and then let him go pick out his own phone.

I am wondering the same thing. I bought my husband a new coffee pot for xmas in oct bestbuy would not start the warranty on xmas. So I ought the ext warranty.
