I agree with you Sean. I have found that the TSC stores across Canada put every effort into customer service. I too have been looking for certain products and expected to pay top dollar for them but to my sheer and joyous surprise, they tend to be much less expensive! Also, the way the employees treat prospective customers makes you WANT to go back for milk (albeit they don’t sell that) but you can generally catch my drift. There should be a lot more people in the service industry who make the customer feel like they want to shop at their stores much like the TSC’s I’ve been in. Sure, there are a few other stores out there who make the customer feel really appreciated, but those are few and far between… sad really.
