Sorry about this experience. I’ve had similar problems with them in the past. I find their business dealings very shady. What I think they do is advertise this killer deal just to drag people through the door. They think that once we are there we will buy something before leaving even when the advertised item is not in stock.

Just last night I had issue with them. They had an item priced incorrectly. Even though I was in a rush, I held them to the shelf price. They tried their hardest to weasel out of it but I showed her right on the shelf the price of the product! Even then, the salesperson reluctantly honoured the price. I was so mad when I left there.

I just find their staff, overall, to be very rude and obnoxious. The pharmacist has a chip on her shoulder and seems to be ‘inconvenienced’ when you ask a simple question about your medications. To avoid them, I usually phone in my medication refills and quickly pop in and out of there to pick it up. If I have questions, I just ask my doctor.

They are a sad company that seems to get worse and worse.
