Why did she deny that she/the staff weren't the ones who used it? Unless you brought it up, it is a strange thing to mention to the customer. Also - she should not have confiscated your receipt. From my experience in retail, this is an opportunity for fraud. She could have easily written "FINAL SALE" across it instead. I would call their head office and let them know. Even if this was totally legitimate, she was still rude. Her reaction was not only rude, but also suspicious. Why did she deny that she/the staff weren’t the ones who used it?
