I can't wait to be done with them. Since they bought out Voxcom we have had 5 false medical alarms. The alarms have always gone off when there is no one home but our cat. When we were in Mexico for a week the medical alarm went of 3 times! Luckily we haven't received any bills from emergency services. They are also very expensive compared to other services. Our neighbors have more features with their Alarmforce system and pay 20 dollars less a month. Our contract is up this month, and we are shopping for other services. We also deal with Reliance. We have ADT and they call the house to see if you tripped the alarm. If there is no answer, the next call is to the police and then they start calling down your list of keyholders. I can confirm that they do this because we had our alarm go off last week - coincidently as we were just coming back. I called to say my son had set it off. By the time I got through to them they had already called the police. I had to wait on the phone whilst they called the police to stop them coming to the house.
