The product is garbage. Have you ever heard of disappearing toner? Neither had I, until I ordered Samsung knockoff toner from these guys. When I print a page out, it is much lighter than it should be, regardless of how I adjust the settings. After the paper gets folded a few times and carried around for a while, the toner starts to simply disappear. As a result, this is the MOST EXPENSIVE TONER I’VE EVER BOUGHT; it is useless, and so needs to be replaced.

Total garbage.

I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered 4 toners for my color laser. They leaked, didn’t print the right color, left shadows and streaks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Excel Toner is THE worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 toners for my colour laser and when I got them, 2 out of the 4 were defective. I contacted them and they would send two replacements. I got one. My printer is still down after 1 1/2 weeks and I can’t get any response out of them. STAY away from this outfit.

Second that. They shipped the wrong product, then dinged me a restocking fee to take it back. Excel Toner Sucks!

Unfortunately I was not so lucky. Exceltoner provided faulty products. I ordered a complete set of toners for over $260 and spent over 2 months returning the product as the print quality was not acceptable - shadows, wrong colours.

Then the red cartridge began leaking all over the belt of my printer. While 3 of the cartridges were still half full the red was almost empty. The answer I got was “the cartridge leaked because it was almost empty.” I tried to tell them thatg it was empty because it was leaking heavily. They had no solution, refused to replace the red faulty cartridge and simply said - “It’s your problem.”

I do not recommend dealing with this company.
