Hi, popeyes at 2261 islington ave is very good. you take always fresh food. no long waiting time. there sandwich is so good that i always drive from Brampton to go there. popeyes use the vegetable oil. the chicken is better than macdonald. it is a piece of breast inside the sandwich. we have to add exercise in our daily life, to stay healthy.

Yeah, Popeyes chicken sucks, BIG TIME! The place in London Ont. just opened and boy is it packed! Wasn’t that busy but still had to wait 10 min.
Tried a 3 piece dinner (a yucky thigh and 2 drumsticks all greasy as hell), with fries and a coleslaw, the cost $12!
The coleslaw…way too sweet, the chicken had this stupid cornflakey coating and was waaay too greasy! Inside the meat was all watery like it was fried while frozen. The food looked like a two year old cooked and put together!

Kfc beats them by a mile! I would never…EVER go back to Popeyes again! Way over priced, tasteless crap food! If you’ve never tried it and you have a $20 burning in your pocket, try ‘em out, you’ll agree the food sucks!

Kfc was good back when they had their “gree-shen bread” and fried the chicken in sunflower oil. As soon as they switched to canola their chicken sucks also! Canola is a genetically modified plant and the oil WILL clog your arteries in about 8 to 10 years…so stay the hell away from it!

Use only olive oil. My cousin died of clogged arteries two weeks ago. He had 5 by pass surgeries and most of his veins were 80% clogged and 2 were 100% clogged…WTF?!?!

All he ate was canola margarine and canola oil, ’cause that’s what every doctor is pushing on people! To make ya come back for a nice by=pass operation in a few years.
In reality the saturated fats are way better for you like real lard and coconut oil. Enough of my ranting. Go look the stuff up if you don’t believe me. Nice blog by the way!
