Hi! Sorry to hear about you experience at Home Depot. It is really sad that during this time when a lot of business are struggling to make ends meet there are big company’s that are not there for the customer and don’t even care to have there service when it is money going in their pockets. I agree the service is definately not what it used to be at this store. I now shop at Lowes and there service is excellent.
