I live in Ontario and I do not work for them, I order from them all the time and have never had an issue with anything, except for something not being available in the end and therefore not shipped. I have returned stuff that I didn't like, received my credit, and fast. You can return anything for any reason so I really find it hard to believe that some of you were denied your refund. In fact two items they shipped on over night shipment with no extra just so that I receive it before 24th. I am extremely happy with their service. And when it comes to their qulity product, I am happy as well. It is a good idea to know what you are oredering though. I always made sure I was getting a good value.
