		<description>Just because some of you people had a bad expierence doesn't mean that they are fake and a fraud.  I live in Ontario and I do not work for them, I order from them all the time and have never had an issue with anything, except for something not being available in the end and therefore not shipped.  I have returned stuff that I didn't like, received my credit, and fast.  You can return anything for any reason so I really find it hard to believe that some of you were denied your refund.  I have even received little gifts with my shipments.</description>

		<description>Pathetic! Beyondtherack had to post this! Who they tryin' to fool? They think we're stupid not to know it's one of their employees. Especially when we had bad customer return experiences?!? You freakin kept my money and made me feel like crap when I was trying to claim for store credit (which I was entitled to) F*** beyondtherack! I'm spending my money elsewhere and I've never been happier!

		<description>I did all  my christmas shopping for beyond the rack thsi winter 2011, and I am very satisfied with it. In fact two items they shipped on over night shipment with no extra just so that I receive it before 24th. I am extremely happy with their service. And when it comes to their qulity product, I am happy as well. It is a good idea to know what you are oredering though. I always made sure I was getting a good value. And ofcourse BTR did not pay me for this lol...anyway happy new yr to ya all</description>

I have ordered all our christmas items from BTR.  Great company but you have to realize it is a warehouse.  Sometimes items take a while and sometimes you just don't get them. 		<description>I've had good customer service with Beyond the Rack too... now Hautelook is another story.  I finally cancelled my membership with Hautelook after multiple screw ups.  Definitely not scripted, I have had good experiences with BTR - so far, anyways.</description>
