A part from that, I just did not like their way of handling problem. Because I have never mentioned the word refund, I only wanted to exchange the item, but when I contacted Head Office, the person told me I wanted to get refund. In other word, sales associates have made up something I haven’t even mentioned. As per their sales policy on the back of the RECEIPT, final sale means 1 time exchange only within 14 days time frame.
