		<description>I had a similar experience with Expedia a few years ago, took me 2 months of arguing with them to get a refund on a vendor that they sold me tix with who messed up. I am NEVER using Expedia again, from now on I book through WestJet Vacations</description>

		<description>Their "best price guarantee" means that they have the best price out of all the other online booking sites at the time of booking, and if another site does have a better price at the same time, they will match that price and give you an additional credit for a future purchase.  It is not a "best price guarantee" EVER which to you means that it is the lowest price it'll ever be.  You are SOL if you think your complaint is going to get anywhere as you are misinterpreting their policy.</description>
