It is truly amazing what a bit of medica coverage and letting everyone know how bad a company is, will do to get them to act in a more humane and compassionate way with their customers. You can also write to the President or CEO immediately, using names and contact info of the employees who were unprofessional, keep records of your correspondence. Be prepared with facts, dates and times to back up your complaints. Good luck!
